The Cosplay Syndicate

The Cosplay Syndicate is a cosplay commission studio that makes costumes, jackets, props and VTuber outfits, and also sells through an Etsy shop. It does not supply wigs, makeup or contact lenses unless stated. The commission page lists cosplay costumes from $250, with creature costumes quoted per design.

Requests start with reference images, size requirements, details and any deadline. After a review of feasibility, materials and price, a contract sets out the process, timeline and payment terms. A non-refundable deposit of usually 30–50% secures the slot; weekly, three-part and split plans are offered, and prices are in USD.

Projects typically take one to two months. Rush orders cost extra and should be raised in advance. Clients supply their own measurements and are responsible for their accuracy. The studio ships worldwide with tracking.
