Beelzeebard

Beelzeebard is a costumer, sewist and competition cosplayer from the Pacific Northwest who also runs theatrical panels at conventions. The site lists craftsmanship awards from Oni-Con Galveston and Delta H Con.

Commissions open in blocks four times a year with two or three spots each. Each costume takes at least two months and can run three to four months. At least half the price is due up front to hold the slot, the costume is not started until paid in full, and payment plans are possible. Payment is by PayPal, Venmo or Cash App in USD.

Costumes are made to the measurements the client sends in inches or centimeters, with a zipper or shirred back and a little ease. Tight deadlines carry a rush fee, and original or gender-bent designs add a design fee.
