Kaylee Makes

Kaylee Makes is a Dallas, Texas costume business, set up as an LLC in 2023, that focuses on characters from fantasy and science fiction novels. Its gallery covers Stormlight Archive, Mistborn and other book characters, and the about page lists craftsmanship awards from Cosplay America, Dragon Con and JordanCon.

Commissions are currently closed because the calendar is booked; openings are announced on social media. Each costume is sewn to the client's own measurements, and the page notes experience with petite, plus and children's sizing. Embroidery, accessories and props are not included in base pricing.

A non-refundable down payment and a signed contract are needed to start, and orders ship only once paid in full. US shipping usually costs $20–35, international shipping is available, and Texas orders carry state sales tax.
