To get a quote, buyers send reference pictures, a list of the pieces they want, a due date and a budget range. Listed prices run from about $200 to $900, installments are available, and rush orders can be arranged for an added price. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
The shop sends a list of measurements once the details are agreed and the order is placed. A custom order needs about two to three months, plus two to three weeks for shipping. Delivery to the United States is offered by Ukrposhta (two to four weeks) or DHL Express (four to five days).
