About The Geeky Seamstress
The Geeky Seamstress is a Texas-based cosplayer and costume sewist who has been sewing since 2012 and also works on theatre costumes. The site documents builds and lists competition placings at Texas and regional conventions.
Commissions are currently closed, with an email waitlist for the next opening. When open, the commission page limits work to classic, Super and Eternal Sailor senshi outfits; a classic fuku is listed from $500 plus shipping.
Quotes take about five business days. At least half the total is due up front for materials and is non-refundable, projects over $250 can be split into payments, and finished pieces are not refundable. Allow at least two months from deposit to mailing. Rush requests are not accepted. Only a general S–XL size is needed to quote.
