Milanoo is an online fashion retailer founded in 2008 that sells clothing, wedding wear and shoes alongside a cosplay section of costumes, wigs and accessories. Its help pages list an address at Dayuan International Center in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
Most items, including standard sizes, are made to order, and the shop offers a free custom sizing service. The expected ship date appears in the payment confirmation email and on the order page; delivery is that date plus the transit time of the chosen shipping method. Custom-size items can be canceled free within 24 hours of payment, after which half the product price is charged.
Standard-size products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The shop does not supply return labels, the buyer pays return postage, and shipping costs on free-shipping orders are deducted from refunds. Swimwear, lingerie, hygiene products and items over $400 without a confirmed quality issue are excluded.
