About Fan Expo Cleveland
Fan Expo Cleveland is the Fan Expo HQ convention for northeast Ohio, held at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The 2027 edition runs March 12–14, and the organizer lists attendance at more than 25,000 fans, making it one of the smaller shows in the chain.
The weekend covers celebrity photo ops and autographs, comic creators, anime and gaming. For cosplayers, the Cosplay Craftsmanship Cup invites applicants to show off detailed builds in front of a crowd.
Actual weapons are banned, and the policy generally rules out metal or wooden prop weapons. Any prop can be sent to the Prop Check Desk for inspection and a visible approval tag. An accessibility page explains the Accessibility Services Desk and medical stickers.
