About Cosrea
Cosrea is a cosplay workshop based in Suzhou, China, that began in 2003 by taking custom requests at local conventions. It now has a design studio and a separate production space, and sells costumes, armor, props, wigs and shoes. Custom sizing is free, and color or detail changes can be requested.
Most fabric costumes arrive within 2 to 6 weeks; custom sizing adds 3 to 5 days and heavier customization 5 to 15. High-detail costumes and armor take about 30 to 65 days. Expedited DHL or UPS delivery takes 5 to 10 days and is free over $100, with priority express in 4 to 6 days for $29.99. A 50% deposit option is available on request.
Only standard-size in-store costumes qualify for return: requests must reach the shop within 3 days of delivery, and items go back within 14 days at the buyer's expense, with original shipping deducted. Custom orders are not returnable.
