About Abrams ComicArts
Abrams ComicArts is part of Abrams Books, the New York publisher owned by Média-Participations. It was founded in 2009 under editor Charles Kochman and publishes graphic novels along with illustrated books on comics, animation and cartoon history.
Titles include Mom's Cancer, Kirby: King of Comics and My Friend Dahmer, and in the 2010s it began reproducing vintage trading card sets such as Star Trek. In 2024 it became a full division of Abrams and started licensing manga and other international comics, including through Kana, an imprint for more mature manga and French comics.
