About Locke & Key
Locke & Key is a dark contemporary fantasy written by Joe Hill and drawn by Gabriel Rodríguez, with colors by Jay Fotos. The Locke family, siblings Tyler, Kinsey and Bode and their mother Nina, move across the country to Keyhouse in the town of Lovecraft, Massachusetts, a house tied to a set of magical keys.
IDW Publishing released the original 37-issue run from 2008 to 2013, ending with the arc Alpha. It is collected in six numbered volumes, with The Golden Age and standalone stories collected separately.
Hill won the 2011 Eisner Award for Best Writer. Netflix's TV adaptation ran three seasons from 2020 to 2022, and Audible released an audio drama in 2015.
